The chest and lower body measurements of the shirt will not be the same. The lower part will be noticeably more tapered for a closer, sharper fit. It is designed to sit closer to the body than a Tailor Fit and is not a regular or loose pattern.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
SHIRT & PANT — CARE INSTRUCTIONS
For long-lasting quality, we recommend using the product with care. If worn regularly, avoid rushing, pulling, or letting the fabric rub against rough surfaces.
IRONING: Use low heat only. Very important: do not use high heat or direct high-heat pressing. Place another piece of fabric over the garment before ironing to protect the material.
WASHING: Do not scrub or wash harshly. Use a small amount of mild detergent and soak the garment for around 2 minutes, then gently press or squeeze without rubbing. Dry on a clothesline or in a shaded, well-ventilated area.
SHOES — CARE INSTRUCTIONS
For long-lasting quality, avoid wearing the shoes in heavy rain, deep water, or excessively muddy conditions.
CLEANING: Do not soak or wash the shoes directly in water. Gently clean the surface using a soft, slightly damp cloth. For dirt or stains, use a small amount of mild soap or detergent and clean gently without excessive rubbing.
DRYING: Allow the shoes to dry naturally in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Do not place them under direct sunlight or use a high-heat source such as a hair dryer, heater, or dryer, as excessive heat may affect the material, shape, or finish.
STORAGE: Keep the shoes in a dry place when not in use. Avoid storing them while they are damp or wet.
SHIPPING + AFTER SALES SERVICE
Every order will be confirmed by phone before dispatch. Once your order is confirmed, your parcel will be carefully prepared and dispatched as soon as possible.
After receiving your parcel, you will have 24 hours to request a size exchange if you need a smaller or larger size. An exchange charge of Tk 180 will be applicable.
Every LUVVAŇE shirt goes through a double quality check (QC) before dispatch. However, if you receive a product with any major issue, simply contact us through our Facebook or Instagram with your order details and the issue. If the same product is available in stock, we will arrange an exchange. If the issue is caused by an error on our part, we will not charge you any additional fee for providing the replacement product. If the same product is unavailable, a refund solution will be provided.
